Terms of use
Formwork is a design tool: you describe a deck or a document, a designer built on large language models builds it on your canvas, and you edit and export it. These terms say what you can expect from the service and what it expects from you.
Who provides the service
Formwork at app.formworkai.xyz is provided by Untamed Production s.r.o., Školní 23, 747 64 Budišovice, Czech Republic, company number (IČO) 17352801 ("we"). Questions and notices go to hello@formworkai.xyz.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. An account belongs to a person; an organisation groups people who share documents and credits, and its owners and admins decide who is in it.
Plans, credits and payment
The designer's work is paid in credits. A new account starts with trial credits. A plan brings a fixed number of credits every month for a monthly fee and renews until you end it; packs add credits once. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars, and payment is taken by Stripe. Credits have no cash value, are not refunded, and belong to the organisation that bought them. You can end a plan at any time from the billing page; it runs to the end of the month already paid.
What you make is yours
The documents you build, the files you upload and the exports you take are yours. We hold them to provide the service, and nothing else: we do not sell them, show them to other customers, or use them to train models. Sharing links you create can be opened by anyone who has them; you decide whom you give them to.
What you may not do
Do not use the service to make material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is meant to deceive. Do not try to get around the credit system, overload the service, or take other people's documents. We can suspend an account that does.
The designer's work
The designer is a model. It makes mistakes: a number can be wrong, a picture can be off, a claim can be invented. What goes out under your name is your responsibility to check. We do not promise that a result is correct or fit for a particular purpose.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service up and to tell you before planned downtime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We can change the service and these terms; a change that matters to you is announced by mail or in the app at least fourteen days before it takes effect, and you can end your plan before then.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can close your account at any time by writing to us; we delete your documents within thirty days unless the law requires otherwise. We can close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can give it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes go to its courts, without prejudice to rights consumers have where they live.
